Glenman has performed general construction services since it started in 1990. General contracting to us is an owner-oriented service that provides control of the entire construction process and guarantees schedule performance, cost and quality throughout the life of the project. We contract for construction phase services and offer our clients a risk free construction environment for a fixed price, where we hold the subcontracts and assume the responsibility for performance of all trades.

General Contracting encompasses cost estimating, scheduling, project management, value engineering, procurement and construction supervision. We have in-house capabilities to manage and control all these essential elements that goes into a successful project. Our Project Management approach used to manage work with the constraints of time, cost and performance targets.

Our Project management knowledge and practices are best described in terms of their component processes which can be placed into five Process Groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing. - and nine Knowledge Areas - Integration Management, Scope Management, Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Communications Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management.
