Glenman's construction management service consists of coordinating and managing the entire process from the site survey until commissioning is complete. It involves the selection and management of contractors and the construction process.
In the design development phase, we will establish project controls, addressing all issues that affect the constructability of a project. We will review plans and drawings and make recommendations, as required. Glenman will assist the owner in developing bidding strategies, preparation of bidding forms, the conditions of the contract, establishing time frames and benchmarks for the project.
During the construction phase of the project, we will:
- assist the owner in hiring other professional services such as architects and engineers
- develop detailed cost and time parameters
- conduct bidding and negotiation
- review contractors' submissions
- establish project administration procedures
- monitor day-to-day project progress
- obtain all occupancy permits
- supervise installation of building systems and equipment
- monitor punch list work and closeout
