Project Managers -Educational

Must have minimum 10 years experience in the school districts located in New York Metropolitan area and the New York City School Construction Authority (NYC SCA). Will liaison with owners, their representatives, architects, engineers and clients on a professional level while coordinating activities of subcontractors and vendors. Coordinate all project reporting and documentation from pre-construction through close-out. Shall attend all project meetings. Will be responsible for managing the project within budget and schedule. Superintendents

We are seeking qualified Superintendents with minimum 5+ years of construction experience in NY. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications must. Shall oversee all trades on-site and insure that the project schedule is met. Must prepare daily field reports and related project paperwork as required. Shall conduct safety and toolbox meetings. We are looking for dynamic, organized self-starters with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer operations is also required. Estimators

Prepares quantity take-offs and estimates on various projects. Develops relationships with sub-contractors, and identifies new subcontractors to meet the construction needs of the company. Coordinates bids and obtains and analyzes bids on projects from subcontractors. Prepares accurate pricing of estimates, including labor, material and subcontract items. Develops material cost information for specific project types. Provides other services such as change order pricing, attending pre-bid conferences and site visits. Interfaces with clients, owner's representatives, account executives and contractors to provide engineering and cost data. Must have the ability to conceptually budget, meet deadlines, handle various projects simultaneously and work effectively in a demanding environment. Successful candidates will be proficient in MC 2 . Proficiency in PROLOG is a plus. Apply for this position


Project Assistants

The Project Assistant provides administrative support to the project management process and facilitates the coordination of projects. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, meeting minutes, submittals, typing correspondence, insurance requirements, RFI's, RFP's, ASI's, bulletins, etc. and associated logs for record keeping. Set up and maintain projects in PROLOG, including: communications, contract and project information, and logs. Assure all documentation requested is received from subcontractors and/or suppliers for the project. Verify documentation is in compliance. Gather close-out documents from subcontractors and prepare closeout packages. Apply for this position
